No. Once you purchase post credits, they remain on your account indefinitely. Use them whenever you need to post a new job — no rush, no expiry.

Each job posting requires one credit. When you create a new job post, one credit is deducted from your balance. Buy credits in bulk to save on per-post pricing. Your first post is free when you sign up as a captain.

Absolutely. We use Stripe for all payment processing — a PCI Level 1 certified payment platform. Your card details never touch our servers. All transactions are encrypted and handled entirely by Stripe.

If you experience an issue with your purchase, contact us at crewpost@marsoft.ai and we will work to resolve it. Unused credits may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Yes! During our launch period, posting jobs is completely free. We want captains to try CrewPost risk-free. The credit system and pricing shown here will apply once the free period ends, but any credits you purchase now will be honored.
