By accessing or using CrewPost, the yacht crew job board and direct recruitment platform operated by MarSoft AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) (collectively, “the Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
CrewPost is a direct yacht crew job board operated by MarSoft AI. Captains and yacht managers post yacht crew job openings; crew candidates apply directly — no recruiters, no fees. Our sister product CrewRef provides digitally verifiable crew references and is linked from this site.
3.1 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
3.2 You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at crewpost@marsoft.ai of any unauthorized access.
3.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3.4 You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data per our Privacy Policy.
4.1 You retain full ownership of your content (job postings, applications, CVs, profiles). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit it solely to provide the Services.
4.2 You represent that all content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe any third-party rights. You must have authority to post on behalf of the vessel or company.
4.3 MarSoft AI does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any User Content, including crew qualifications or job posting details.
Job postings must be for legitimate yacht crew positions. No discriminatory, misleading, or fraudulent listings. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate postings.
Applications are shared directly with the posting captain. Captains must handle applicant data responsibly in accordance with GDPR. CrewPost is not responsible for hiring decisions.
Confidential jobs may be posted with limited visibility. Captains control who sees their postings.
Social sharing generates shareable links to external social platforms (Facebook groups, LinkedIn, etc.). CrewPost does not auto-post to any external site — sharing is link-out only and initiated by the user.
During our launch period, all job postings are free. Paid posting credits will be introduced after the launch period. When payments are involved (post credits), they are processed by Stripe. Refund policies are specified at the point of purchase.

The Services — including code, design, branding, and logos — are the property of MarSoft AI. “MarSoft AI”, “CrewPost”, and “CrewRef” are trademarks of MarSoft AI.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARSOFT AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR €100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MarSoft AI from all claims arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time. We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions.
We may terminate your access at any time. Sections 8, 9, 10, and 13 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
